Look What Punky Found :: Letterpress with a Geeky Touch!

Posted by Sandy on Feb 3rd 2016

Have you ever started searching for something and ended up finding something totally different? Of course you have!

Whether it's Pinterest, Google, or Etsy, it's easy to end up somewhere slightly (or completely!) off the track where you started.

This morning on Etsy, I started out looking for pencils. I wanted to find some fun, personalized pencils. The first sidetrack was Valentine's Day cards. Then geeky cards. Then cards in general. When I came across the shop PAPERWHEEL on Etsy, I knew I'd found my treasure.

Elizabeth Weil in Portola Valley, California creates her art on a 1923 Chandler & Price Letterpress and 100% cotton paper.

My favorite card is her letterpress "You Auto-Complete Me" Valentine's Day Card.

She's also got a fun little Food Pun section, filled with gems like "Lettuce Celebrate," "Kind of a Big Dill," and "Sorry, I'm the Wurst!" each with an adorable food icon above the text.

Be sure to check out her shop...I know you'll find something you love!
