Shipping & Returns

RETURNS & EXCHANGES will be dealt with on a case by case basis only. 

We want you to be happy! However, our designs are created one at a time based on your specific order instructions, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as well as via the order confirmation email.

Please contact if you have a concern. If we determine the a refund is the best option, we will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect information sent with your order, but will work with you in any way we can.



We ship from Northern California via USPS and FedEx. We can’t be held responsible for delays due to undeliverable packages or carrier issues. If there is a delay, rest assured we will work with you to figure out what’s going on. The following information is provided as a guideline and is for shipping time only, not production.

United States Postal Service

• First Class Mail: 2-8 day delivery to most U.S. locations
• Priority Mail: 2-3 day delivery to most U.S. locations
• Express Mail: 1-2 day delivery [where available]

• FedEx Express Saver: delivered in three business days
​• FedEx 2day: delivered in two business days
• FedEx Standard Overnight: delivered next business day by 3:00pm
• FedEx Priority Overnight: delivered next business day by 10:30am

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. 

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.

Many countries have restrictions on mailing gold, silver and jewelry. If your order contains items that are prohibited by the country we are shipping to, we'll investigate other shipping options (additional charges may apply). If we are unable to ship your order, we'll contact you and process a full refund. You may find specific postal requirements and prohibitions for your country here.

We are required by law to ship international packages as 'merchandise.' All customs fees and charges for purchases shipped internationally are the sole responsibility of the buyer/recipient.
