We all have times when we need a reminder to pause and take a breath. It's amazing how that simple act can reset us!
Inspired by my love of vintage wax seals, I've created this 'Just Breathe' design from fine silver precious metal clay. This approximately 3/4" diameter, fine silver [.999] necklace features our exclusive design on an organically shaped round, much like the melted wax spreads out beneath the pressure of the stamp.
Each pendant is hand made using a stamp designed with our exclusive font designed by Sandy, then kiln fired, tumbled for strength, and polished. Because each charm is hand made one at a time, each one will have its own character.
The adjustable bangle is made from 14 gauge sterling silver. The inner diameter range is 2.5" to 3" and so it will fit most. We've found that by hanging the charms in the section of overlap, they are held in place on the top or bottom of your wrist...whichever you prefer. And the oval shape of the bangle keeps it from spinning on your wrist.
This is a great bracelet to add charms to! Check out our a la carte section and add a crystal or charm.
Your handcrafted piece arrives in a sweet purple recycled gift box.
Did you know that PMC [precious metal clay] is a recycled eco-friendly product? During photo processing, silver is recovered. That silver is mixed in with a binder making a clay-like material that can be worked, rolled, shaped/formed, stamped, etc. It's then fired, during which the binder burns off, leaving fine silver [99.9% pure].
This reminder is often just the thing I need to stop my anxiety from taking over. We all have anxiety in our lives, but when the worry about the simplest decision or event keeps me from functioning, I look at my tattoo that says 'Just Breathe' or hold this charm between my thumb and forefinger. I can feel the raised letters reminding me to breathe and the smooth back acts as a sort of worry stone. Anxiety is a complicated disorder and the same things don't work for everyone, but this reminder, in conjunction with counseling and medication, keeps me going. Please don't be afraid to ask for help. It can make all the difference!
